This song, curiously, was pivotal to the entire creation of this album. If it weren't for friend, fellow songwriter and force of nature Melanie Pegge (you can check out her music here: melaniepegge.bandcamp.com ) setting a challenge on FAWM.ORG last month to write a haiku based song, and thus getting me to think very much in a new recording direction, I might never have been able to put these songs and this album together as I have done; this song was a catalyst. So, thank you, Mel, for this, and for everything else you do and are. If you aren't a prime example of powerful divine feminine energy, I don't know who is.

While this short track is 'darker' than the others on the album, I wanted to include it for many reasons (not least of which is the joy my little geeky heart got at putting a DnD reference into a song). I'm not going to go into all the reasons, that would be boring; just suffice it to say, we need the dark, we need the balance. And, no one is perfect... but we are all worthy and beautiful.
