Instrumental piano piece.. It's long (nearly 11 minutes long), and it's sad... it's a bloody lament. It's the sound of the aching heart beating: stopping, starting, painfully going on, overwhelmed by the futileness of it all. No vocal... the significance and implication of that detail should not be lost.
